The staff, notably Ian and Pay, demonstrated a keen commitment to hospitality, ensuring every need was met promptly. A complimentary room upgrade upon arrival set a positive tone for my brief visit. For convenience, the hotel arranges transfers from the Lao Cai train station, which adds further value to your stay. Breakfast, while lacking in Western options, still provided a delightful start to my day. Facilities such as fast Wi-Fi, a well-maintained restaurant, and a welcoming lounge area enhance the overall experience. Situated within walking distance of popular dining options, you're never far from good food. If you're weighing quality against cost, this hotel stands as a compelling choice that combines comfort and value without sacrificing essential amenities. I will certainly return for another visit.
